3 or 5 door?

I THINK if its a 3 door its a pain in the arse. Cos i THINK you have to take off the strips that go between the rear quarter glass and the rear window to be able to take off the door trim. not too sure. Rash should be able to help, he's in the trade! :) Unless he doesnt strip and fit...

i do do the stripping a fitting yes ;) and to remember how thousands of diffrent cars come apart is the fun of the job  i dont think i have ever removed a REAR door card on a beezer tho  but it cannot be hard i imagine it will be a simple case of 2-3 small size 20 torx screws and leavering off a cover that is hiding 2 size 30 torx screws also there will be a gold horse shoe shape metal clip holding the window winder arm on too then it will have the usual door card clips :D

hi bud me mate took his door card off but theres a metal shape plate in the way of the door what do u do ?

this metal plate (inner door foil)

you need to-

1. peep trough rubber hole (in the centre of the metal door foil) and get the window in correct position till you can see the 10mm gold bolt that is holding the window in position then remove the window

2. undo the 2 multisplned torx bolts holding th door catch on so the catch is free

3. then remove the outer handle by removing the peep hole plastic cap on the edge of the door and while holding the handle in the open position undo the size 20 gold torx screw untill the handle end cap (block next to moving part of the handle) is loose and can be removed outwards. then unhook the cable and slide the remains of the handle towards the back of the car to remove it

4. then undo all the 10mm around the metal inner door foil

5. this pannel may need leavering away from the door stil as it has a sticky seal

6.the panel will then slot out with all the window regulator, runners door catch ect ect then you can get inside the door

7. you may need to unhook/unplug all the wiring loom to get this pannel off the car too

hope this helps mate

me mate took his off he as dent on too things like that get friends to help me think he started two screws at the bottom had take top part of door arm with flat screwdrver off there was two bolts there had take little Speaker out of the way think click off where wire was in then i think he had to try get door bit off know where open get out of car that then had to lift the door card up go under it unplug the wires when done door card come off hope just watch clips when take it off drop off i hope thats right need get metal shape plate off

Very simple done this, taking off rear panel, when I uprated the back speakers this is what I did;

1. Fold down the seat and you will see some big round cap underneath the rear bench and backrest...unscrew these with your fingers.

2) Once these are all done, get the corner nearest the door and gently unpop the clips. Doing this too quickly will break the speaker grille. Also it would be wise to get some new clips because no doubt some will break. Look on ETKA for part numbers.

3) Once you've got all these undone, pull card out and chuck outside.

4) Speakers are riveted onto a piece of metal, this metal is then also riveted to the inner door linning

managed mine fine without breaking. Chears for the info didnt get on computer till I had done it, pulled those big rubber things off didnt relise they were screws lmao.
