Renault Bocanegra?

Saw the advert for the new line of RenaultSport ( ) and thought, wait, isn't that Seat's idea?

Both cars clearly got a blackmouth, maybe Seat started off a trend

Jaguar were the first people to use disk brakes NOW everyone uses them

Those Renault sport ranges were out before the Bocanegra I do believe. I think that Clio 200 is gash looking compared to the Bocs...Clio 197 looked so much better than the 200 IMO ... still a great car though.

Car manufacturers do buy other makes of cars and take them apart to see what is good about them so it isn't surprising that you will see similar features & styling in many makes of car, its all part of the R&D.

Yeah the MK5 gold gti and the MK4 golf gti both had the black section on the bumper too.

Agreed, this was done by SEAT in the 70's with the original 1200 sport our bocs are based on. SEAT FTW!!!!!!

I have a white megane 250 next door to me with that black on the front bumper, looks funny parking next to him! Such nice cars though...

Not sure what Renault were thinking when they restyled the Clio. THe 197 looked much better. As for the Megane, how could they lose the big ass?
The Ibiza is a great shape IMO. I love the sharp edges and agressive lights. The FR/ Cupra bumpers just add more lines to catch your eye, it's great.

I'm sure the Boc was out before the clio 200. I do like them but prefer the Boc!

The only nice clio 200 is when it is in black! Hides that fugly face on it lol ... still, it is a great car, but much prefer the Boc as an overall package.
