Replacing turbo help

Its starting to look like the turbo on my Leon has giving up although this hasn't been confirmed yet. I only have the 90bhp version fitted with the bxf engine. I was curious to know would I be able to replace it with a turbo from 130bhp version for example and change what ever else needed changing or does it need to be the turbo for the bxf engine

Can anybody help out. Its hard to even find a mention of the BXF engine so im struggling to find answers. Its a PD so does that make it easier to use parts from say a ASZ for example.

BXF is the PD 90 engine, i would recommend sticking to the standard turbo, unless you are up for swapping out/sorting out the ECU issues from a different turbo.

Cheers in the end me turbo wasn't knackered so it's staying as is.

Needed a new o ring and a boost pipe clip that was it
