Bentaw is stage 1 AFAIK, with stock zorst I think. I'm confused too (he has BMC on though). How much did yours pull on Awesome's dyno with the filter off? I'm right aren't I - 210g/sec is the max for a k04? Unless they're just spikes he's seeing (even if it is 210, still wonder why). Good car perhaps.

Phil i forgot to answer part of your question my car pulled around 5-8 g/s more with the filter off on the dyno! But then again no air is being forced into the filter and fan only reproduces 60 mph winds! But still the BMC with the CAI is not going to give you the extra 20g/s!

Bentaw will be intersting to see what you get with the new code! You ever had it on the rollers?

TBH - "I don't beleive it". Not saying you're lying, I just can't believe that a K04 can flow that much, especially on a standard exhaust and with a normal program (i.e. not a hi-flow program).

I'd understood that Borg-Warner quoted 210g/sec as a physical maximum for the turbo. http://www.bwaturbos.co.uk/en/products/passenger_gas.asp

Anyway, if it is flowing that much, good for you.

I'm very interested in seeing logs (115) of your new code.

no i am a bit worried that it has continued to climb and the performance is getting better all the time, last night i held of my mates celica gt4 and that is putting out about 270bhp,

i have had it on the rollers at power engineering but had a few problems that day as my car jumped into limp mode twice as Bill will tell you as he got a phone call early on that saturday morning. I wasnt happy with the results and spoke to Revo who said it should have been more than that hence why i have had my code renewed. I pulled 241bhp and 249lbs of torque which i thought was quite low for a car with the mods i have.

sounds like your running 1.1 bar boost with those figures.Check boost with vag-com
