Originalgetreue, seidenmatte, schwarze Sicherheitsgurtschnallen mit einem LED-Ring um die Schnalle.

So, the rear seat is Finish, as far as the illuminated locks are concerned. I personally think it looks really nice....

Regarding the front locks, I finally found one OEM part for under €100 including shipping and snapped them up immediately. New, they cost around €180 each...
