I just wondered if anyone knows how the reversing camera should fasten in please? I was washing it today and it fell out. It's all in one piece but I can't see how it should stay in.
Has it happened to anyone? Thanks

It should have a little tab on the casing that Clips it into the hole once pushed in.
They can be brittle and have seen afew snap when pushed in a little bit too much.
If it’s the type of camera I’m thinking of could be wrong.

Thanks, I didn't see any clips. I will go and have a look on the drive behind the car. I haven't moved it since I washed it. All I have is this, it just dropped onto the floor as I washed the car

omg that’s the actual lens of the camera does it still focus when In reverse? I meant this tab here.
If it’s the same style had my photo the unit can be taken apart and you might be able to glue or secure that back down. Is it still under warranty?

Yes it's under warranty. It's a 70 plate cupra ehybrid. It is being part ex'd very soon though so I might just leave it.
I haven't turned the car on today but I don't think it will work without that part. I'll have a look tomorrow
Cheers (y)
