are the figures on the revo website true?.they say a remap on a fr 1.8 20vt will take it from 150bhp to 207 bhp. im sure ive read on here before that a remap on an fr 1.8 20vt would get you somewhere around 180-190 bhp i know different maps get different figures but 207bhp i thought sounded very high.am i wrong ?

from rolling road figures IVE seen the 1.8 20vt figuresare a bit optimistic the dervs are spot on tho

thanks guys, thanks for the link ad lav 197.5 bhp was the figure not quite the 207bhp as stated on the website but still a good gain none the less

Think the torque was good on that one - 195.7bhp isn't anyting to be sniffed at for a remap! :D

every car remapps diffrently tho in respect to revo! two remapped same model cars wont be pushing the same power!

Very true, I know a guy with same map as mine on same engine got 9bhp more but almost 20 lb/ft less.

Well i'll be getting a bit more of both end of the month - thanks to Milltek :D

Getting it back from bodyshop tomorrow night! Woo! :)

Im not sure how good the block 120 method on vag com is but my 1.8T shows 207 to 212 depending if you push from low revs or not.

even more of a lottery imo on vag.com its all down to what it does on the road grip handling acceleration ect ect

mine was spot on the money (170bhp) but the output must depend on the condition of each engine - because it's a stock code rather than something specific for your car engine each one takes it differently i guess!!!
