I paid £85 for the headlights and all the bulbs  The units cost £230 alone and they're pretty much brand new :) Just need to get them coded for the rings to work as drls now.....

So, with me turning 21 my insurance has came down to a level where i can afford a nice hot hatch. As a wee present to myself, i traded in the boring 120d (good car, just didn't really like the engine) and got myself an VW Golf GTi Edition 30. Only got it on wednesday, but so far love the performance from it, even though it's standard.

Here's the pics of it. Oh and the black wheels will be going ASAP!

Think i'll probably get it mapped at some point but first, i'll just get used to the power as standard :)

Nice mate, why does it have monza wheels and not the bbs wheels that came on edition 30s , not a fan of those wheels at all. ESP in black.

The wheels are horrific! Just cringe every time i see them!

I'm not sure whether they were ordered like that from the factory or if the previous owner has added them himself, either way, it's nuts to have chosen them over the pescaras...

That's probably the first thing to be changed!

I think the silver / polished lip means they are cheap chinese replicas which makes it even more shocking :O
