Hi,
Its defo a 1.8 20vT, but 4 x 4.
After recently driving my friends FWD version I noticed mine seems alot slower accelerating, but sticks to the road like glue at speed on bends.
I wonder which is better?
never available as a rhd model............. this is curious.
someone converted one?
Hi!
2004?
I thought they stopped making them at least a year before..............

We need pictures of this car - bodykit and underneath.......
dna and carbon dating too. if so im dead jealous.![]()
I think in year 2004 they stopped making them, never seen 05's 4wd anywhere
i'm hoping that Haldex will last as it's expensive as h*ll to repair it![]()
the most valuable leon in the UK ,if it exists
do we have a 4wd leon ?
or do we have a confused owner?

RHD ? possibly converted but iirc that was the reason we didnt get it as it couldnt be but then nothing is impossible
And getting type approval was expensive vs the anticipated returns IIRC

I was looking for a LHD 4wd 1.8T two years ago and I couldn't find anything newer than 2002.....
when the Mk1 leon came out, there was loads of press about there being a 4wd RHD car, but to my knowledge, none were ever made as audi kicked up a stink, erosion of their territory or something

For all the non-believers, they (4wds) are listed in the back of the english (UK) owner's handbook. Try reading it sometime - you'll learn loads![]()
