right torque for front strut brace

I have just been told that the right torque for the tightening of the front strut brace is 20 ...but not sure if its 20 Nm or20 lb
Can anyone confirmed that there should be a little leaflet with the strut brace which I cant find

i think it will be nm as that is metric lb is imperial old measuring

finally bought a torque wrench today.
Done a 25Nm for the strut brace studs.
