Woke up at silly-o-clock this morning so did a bit more work on the engine bay, then cleaned inside and out and went for a drive with my camera

very nice mate, i've just debadged my leon and purchased a new reg plate, also just got a new phone, sony erection k800i with a 3.2 megapixel camera, so fingers crossed i can put some piccies up in a couple of weeks once the plate is on, if i can work out how to do it, nice wheels as well by the way.

What was your thinking behind ditching the engine cover?

Were your new hoses fouling it?

engine cover wont go on once the TIP was fitted
it makes the d/v sit too high

that and i lost like all but one of the stupid clips
when the d/v gets changed im going to try and get it back on
its an ugly engine block to look at

It's well worth it. I've said it 101 times before, but I don't see the point in spending loads of money on car mod's, if you don't keep the car properly cleaned and polished. A clean standard car will always look better than a dirty modified car with poor paint. Your pics above are a good example of the fact that a bit of hard work is well worth it
