Rough price to get a head Gasket done on a ABF??

Found the No2 Spark plug swimming in oil so can only assume it's the headgasket gone, anyone had it done, & what did it cost?

Head gasket rebuild just cost me £550 for a new gasket, cam and aux belt, skimming and a general clean up. So worth it though, goes like stink now

or rockercover gasket - but same symptoms day one on mine concluded in new pistons and rings and new everything else (damnit)

PS- not got a sooper dooper air filter on it has it ????

Well it's had 117K of what looks like a good pasting(though full servicing) I thought it my just have given up??

I thought it could be the rocker gasket but upon receiving one I can't work out where the a hole in the gasket would leak oil into the chamber??

Yes it has a K&N, could this be the problem?? it was quite alot of Oil??

DOH delved deeper in the bag and seen the gasket for the spark plug holes now, right going to attack this Saturday, anyone recomend some products clean the surfaces up & remove all the old bit's of gasket??

Any favoured sealant??
