S3 alloys

Hi, I'm currently looking at some Audi S3 alloys on ebay for my Ibiza FR, they come with tyres which are 225/45/17 will these fit my car ok? Or will they rub? My car isn't lowered. Cheers Tom

Everyone I've heard of who has fitted 225s, even those who haven't lowered, have had rubbing.

215 would be the widest I'd go.

you sure there 5x100 because new s3 is 5x112

Dam that's a shame, yeah they are listed as 5 x 100 with seat centre caps. Will they rub on the back? As I know it's higher then I would just have to buy two tyres lol

Mk1 S3 alloys are 5x100.

doesn't the ET determine if the wheels will fit

ET (offset) determines how far the wheel will sit from the hub. Other people have fitted Mk1 S3 alloys to Ibizas so the ET must be reasonable.

Are you looking at S3 8L or 8P wheels mate?

These were the alloys I was looking at I was trying to get tyres with the sale as well so they don't end up costing to much. Times are tight
cheers for help think I'm going to try and get either some alloys with the right size tyres or just alloys at a cheaper price.
