Saturday convoy to Thruxton Hi-De-Hi

Not long to go now,

Just a heads up really if anyone wants to drive down on the saturday and meet up on the way.

Myself and Cupracar will be meeting at Stafford Services at 7am, we will then head down the M6, meeting at Warwick Services on the M40 and hopefully Mart and Lee will meet us there.


M40 to Oxford, A34 down to Andover, then its only a few miles down the A303.

Lee will be heading over from Nottingham, and Mart from Coventry.


Let us know if you fancy meeting up, (those from the North possibly meet with Lee on the M1 etc ) .

Im staying at the Holiday Inn, Oxford on Friday night, so i would be up for getting you guys at a services around about there.

Im meeting RichiRich around there aswell, so theres another 2 names.

7am I reakon that you will be around M40 Warwick services by 8ish and Oxford is a Max of an hour from Warwick, so say about 9am somewhere conveniant on the A34 Oxford way. (No idea myself)

Me and Lee will work out how we get to Warwick by 8am. Anybody else going to be meeting here?

Stuff List:

I will bring the usual junk, plus genny and something for her to drink.
Portable Tv for the England v ? Rugby final
Thinking about a Curry for Saturday, any objections?
I no longer have the BTCC BBq, so does anybody else have a decent size one.
1 or 2 bottles of beer

Breakfast for the Sunday , as per usual !
Tea & Coffee facilities
Various Alcohol for all ages ! ( sherry for you Keith)

We need food for the Sunday night, any takers ? Left over Curry ?

Rumour has it, Lee is bringing a bottle of champagne ! but dont want to tempt fate.

Cant help on the Bar B Q front, wont be able to fit another thing in my car.
