Mine sounds mint now got milltek dp and cat then scorpion. Does take a while for them to make a noise tho mine hardly sounded any diff to standard when it was first put on!

What do you use to clean yours with? it puts mine to shame
yeah i noticed that everyone elses was dull??......ive started to use autoglym metal polish, works a treat even if you havnt cleaned it for ages!!
mine almost looks burnt on the inside and very dull on the outside!

believe it or not.......the autoglym was the cheapest i found, £5 a tube where as other leading brands seemed to be about £8ish for the same amount. I cant see there being any difference in the product at all.
Autosol is far better than the AG metal polish gives a better shine from my experience. Mines been on the car 3 years now and still looks good.

i totally agree, my car came with one and it also looks poor, im not keen on the slash cut, plus it sits too low in the cutout. it does sound awesome tho, especially at high revs. how much did powerflow charge you for an oval tailpipe?
blueflame do a good oval too, I was going to get the full turbo back for mine but i couldnt afford it so mated the dp/cat to my scorpion. Does sound good tho
tell me the difference between the two?? the shine i get from mine is enough to burn your eyes if caught in the right light........
AG gave me a shine but always looked muted if you see what i mean the autosol gave a better finish in my sees and lasts longer.
ill get some photos of mine next time i wash my car......im not questioning your experiences i just dont understand? the polish cant "cut" the metal to give it shine......i could understand if we were on about paintwork polish...
In effect that is what you are doing as you are removing the oxidation from the metal. Don't get me wrong its probably just personal preference, same as using different waxes for your paint.
yeah i can see your point......i spose it also depends on how highly polished your exhaust is when you bought it?
