My Cupra 290 has an intermittent fault up. Originally I had an EPC fault up which wouldn’t let me start the car. A few minutes later it was fine. Since then my car has been fine with the odd time it not starting and misfiring. I called AA out and they said I was getting a fuel delivery fault up and also rail pressure too low fault. Has anyone had this issue before or know what the issue is as Seat themselves don’t even know what’s wrong with it.

thank you.

Best bet is to try monitor the car while its driving with an obd or laptop or wen it has the issue and wont start plug it in see what the injectors and fuel pump are doin can u hear the pump when you put the ignition on

Fault codes are:
P014800 and P008700

Surely it can’t be as simple as being a loose connection around the battery can it?

Check ur hpfp for any damage on the sensor any cracks or anything i reckon thats ur issue hpfp is high pressure fuel pump
