Took my Leon to my local Seat dealer yesterday who charged a reasonable £10+ vat; however they didn't provide the radio code? Aren't they meant to? If so can I just call up and explain this without problems

If you paid for it, yes they need to give it you.
Unless you want to pay £10 every time you disconnect the battery ;)

I know how to enter the numbers in, what do you do after that?
