Seat Ibiza Cupra won’t go over 30mph

Hello,

I have a 2014 seat Ibiza Cupra with almost 30,000 Miles. About an hour ago I was driving it and there was a loud pop noise and now my car refuses to go over 30mph and it sounds different when accelerating? I’ve checked everything visually and I can’t see anything wrong?
