Seat Ibiza DAB Special Edition

Hiya everybody, I was thinking of ordering a Ibiza DAB Special Edition, but I am having trouble finding out the full spec of the car. Can anybody help me out please? Cheers.

Got one of these on Order unfortunatly there appears to be no printed specs on them.
Salesman descibed it as a Standard 1.4 Sport with an upgraded engine and the DAB Stereo + Ipod.
Engine is a 100bhp version of the standard 1.4. All priced for the same as a standard 1.4 sport. Even get a discount if you haggle.

Got a call from my Dealer today. Mines due in next week. 3 door in black

My bet is that they've still got stocks of the old 1.4 100PS to get rid of. They no longer fit into the current model line-up, so the solution is to invent a special edition to use up the stockpile of engines.

I agree, But it does mean I can get a better engine and better stereo for the price od a normal 1.4 Sport then great.

Oh yes - I wasn't implying there's anything wrong with those engines. It does actually sound quite a good deal - I'm sure the 100PS 1.4 is a better engine than the 75PS anyway.

They used to, many a moon ago use the 100PS 1.4 in the Ibiza, revs like mad and sounds nice, has alot more poke than the 75PS!

I sent an email to Seat UK asking for the full spec of the DAB Special Edition. Below is the reply I recieved, not the most helpful. My dealer doesn't know anymore than I do.

I have ordered a Ibiza DAB 3 door in Emocion Red. Get it on the 1st of September, canny wait. Thanks for all your posts and help

Just been to my Seat dealer and guess what, I'm not getting my Ibiza DAB in Emocion Red. There are none left in 3 door. I am now getting one in Black Magic Metallic. Not too bothered as I like the black colour, just a pain to keep clean.

I have decided to take the plunge and have ordered the 1.4 DAB in Emocion Red 3 door dealer says there are several left, but only in red? Don't know if that is BS but anyhow looks nice in red. Never had a Seat before anyone had a car from Croyde motors in devon? Whats the back up like?

i have a DAB in emocion red! this is only my second car and i can honestly say its 10x better than my corsa c! its so much better built everything about it just seems better quality and the engine aint too shabby either! p.s arnold clark have a special deal jus now think its 7688 brand new
