Seat ibiza mk3 central locking query?

Hi All,

If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
The rear passenger door in my Seat Ibiza cool/s Mk3 (2000 W REG) stuggles to unlock using the the key fob I have to press the key fob 5-6 times before it becomes unlocked, all other doors unlock after pressing the key fob just once. I have tried to unlock it manually using the key in the drivers door however the problem remains.

Also in the past week when it has been really cold (North West UK) all doors have failed to unlock using both the key and the and the key fob, is this likely to be related? oris this a seperate issue due to the freezing weather.

I'd get some wd40 on the case for the rear passenger door sounds like it needs a bit of lube, some proper grease should be used eventually though as wd40 runs dry

i had the same problem with the passenger door on my car

I was advised to lube it up a few days ago and it has worked
