I think it`s just another sellingpoint from Seat to the Swedish customers...
They made these cars when Rydell was racing for Seat.

I got chrome mirrors , the chromed boot trim and a little sign with Rydell`s signature on the door post...I guess that`s it...

And yes Rydell is Swedish...
