Hi guys, i went to change my alternator pulley today bu the damn thing is seized on! i wont budge at all, and im sure the internal torx bit is rounded off too. what options have i got??

Can you get to the bolts / nuts ok without any issues?

If the torx bit is rounded off that'll be an issue but I got some Freeze / Release stuff from Euro car parts (It's made by Loctite) and that worked very well to loosen the seized bolts.
My brother used a spray called Liquid Spanner which he uses at work and that's pretty powerful stuff as well

If not then your only option maybe to drill it out but I don't know enough about how to do that to be of any use :(

yeah im sure its rounded off :( i really cant seem to get it to budge im starting to think its gonna take a new alternator :/

If you cant realease it, might be easier to change the whole alternator
ive got a few 1.8t alternators kicking around if the are the same? call it £20 and take your pick of them

Use a set if irwin drives to bite onto the head of the bolt and crack it loose, then just replace the bolt... That's if you can get into the head of the bolt, can't say I remember seeing the orientation of the pulley bolt on our particular alternator.
