Selling up in new year. How much should I be asking?

Its time in the new year to sell the Leon. I have a mini restoration project on the go and also need a more sensible family car.

Looking for an estate car. Not huge, something like focus sized. Just need more boot space.

if it's boot space you need look at skoda octavia saloon or estate and still Vw build quality
