Shark Tale Antenna

Yesterday I saw a GOLF V with shark tale antenna on top painted in car's color and it was very beautiful. Has anyone done something lika that? I'm thinking of bying one

Apparently there is an aerial amplifier in the existing aerial, not to sure whether they are all interchangeable, one for Klawit perhaps.
