Short Shifter?!?!

Hi All,

I recently drove my bro's mk4 anniversary golf and he has a short shifter on it and i really was impressed changing gear took like a split second and it tightened up the whole gearchange then i got back in mine and it felt like jelly lol i have heard of one that oes them for mk4 fr tdi's but it is one of the ones where you ahve to have their gearknob and i really want to kep the standard gearknob anyone know where i can get one from??

B & M have a short shift for Ibizas and Cupras aged between 99-04
The throw reduction is only 25% and they cost £122.78

Forge do a short shifter which lots of comanpies sale. I happen to have one in my parts bin if your interested.

You could always ring up B&M and see if they would be interested in using you car as a test car

mine is a 07 fr tdi so i'm assuming no-where makes one for my car yet? lol and i thought it was hard to get tuning parts for my old smart roadster lol

I dont think any have been made for cars newer than 2004 although i should be hearing from my sponsors soon and ill ask them to look it up
