Show me your gauges!!

Hi guys, after a recent failed attempt to custom mount an LED gauge, I think I'm going to have to accept defeat and buy some regular gauges - where do you reckon they would look the best?

I've had pillar gauges in the past - but not sure I like them. Also had guages in a pod on top of the dash (Defi's no less!!), but don't know where they'd go in a cupra.

Anyone have advice? Move the stereo down to the second storage space and put the gauges above?

Is it possible to put them in an air vent space like you can on the Mk1 TT?

Maybe the far right vent??

i was looking into this a while ago myself. I decided the air vents were the best bet too, however if i'd have actually attempted this mod, i'd have gone for both the centre vents to keep it all symmetrical

i'll post some pics when i get home which may be of use to you.

get rid of the little cubby hole under the radio put radio at the bottom and do this sort of thing me spaniels evo2345 and redcupratdi have them like this!

Those gauges in the two centre air vents do look good...

Anyone got any more info on them? Is there a thread?

what fit boost gauge and the while im around do brakes lol! glad you want it doing properly!

It's a industrial gauge which has liquid in it to 'keep it calm'. Lights are leds out side the gauge side.

Will 60mm Defis fit in the space?

my holder will only take 57mm anything more and it will get cut in half so 52mm gauges are the max for the din i belive!
