Cheers for that

What can I do to fix this? Thinking I should try to straighten it all and fill, followed by some hammerite perhaps?
you can clean it if you want, or just to get rid of all the loose stuff for a better seal no need to go mad , you can just underseal the lip damage

Any tips on straightening the skirt? Hot water perhaps to make it supple or is there space underneath it to add some silicone glue of sorts ?

You will probably find once you straighten out the metal flange underneath and the skirt is fitted correctly into its brackets it will straighten itself out.
As someone pointed out already just don’t overtighten the screws holding it on at either end as these can push out the Middle in effect.

Only good pair of grips and brute strength, I would not seal it it needs too drain just under seal the damaged lip once that straight the skirt will look as it was

Thanks for all the advice guys.. that was super easy. You will see where the sill was protruding outwards and causing the skirt to push. Lots of crap fell out. Gave the skirt a bit of a wash.
As mentioned here by one of you I need to get some rust proofing done. Anyone recommend anything that's easy to apply? I was thinking hammerite. You will see the finished article looks better than what it was

you need to take the other side off now as the OSD will kick in ? they done a good job on bending that lip wtf I’d under seal inside that and clamp it straight then seal over with the same,

I’ve been using this for years good gear and goes very far https://www.hammerite.co.uk/product/underbody-seal/

Halfords had a deal on it a while back, just use a old paint brush too put it on and put that brush in a plastic bag to use again with it, it can be messy that’s why I put the brush in a bag..

You might as well undo the front arch liners whilst you're at it, the amount of crap these collect is incredible.

That’s when I noticed rust and damage at the bottom of the wing sorted that and checked all arches after that but they were ok.. just the odd clip needed replacing, it got me on one and checked that 3 peace cover under the car there was allot clips gone holding on the frame you whould think be whould of used something better than self tapping screws with speaker spring clips like the m5 clips, and sides needed the odd tie rap, if I didn’t see that it may of come off
