The bottle of coolant I have says you dont have to mix it with water. You can just put it straight into the expansion tank as it is.

Hurm, on the bottle i have its all in german and i cant read it for toffee.....but i can see that it says 1 to 3 coolant to water.

Must have. I got my bottle from the VW garage local to me before it closed down. Its a bottle of the G12 plus stuff. The pink/red coloured stuff.
Have had a look on the bottle and looked at the 3 different labels and it doesnt say anywhere on it that it has to be mixed with water. Just says it can be mixed with any G11/G12 fluid and should be used all year round

The big give away on mine is the 2 bottles on H20 it has on the side ...LOL

well i looked for any sort of logo/marking/icon on the bottle that says you have to water it down but I couldnt find any at all.
It must be alright as I havent had any problems or any side of damage or anything.
After the tiny nightmare i have because of the coolant / water coming out and me swapping the radiator hose over after i cleaned my car today i got the rest of the hoses and went to start work on fitting the rest......then i looked and realised that as soon as i pull the next 2 hoses out the same is going to happen again.....i just had to step back and laugh at myself. Am thinking it will be better next time to try and catch the water as it comes out next time !!!...
Probably best to set aside a day/weekend. Empty coolant out via the radiator bottom hose and do the lot in one go. Then new coolant.
Fitted mine the week before last, gotta say the best £150 spent to make the engine bay look better!

i brought a intake pipe on its own ages ago....so really got lucky with these. The lad was only down the road to !!! after a good scrub they have come p really nice.
got 3 more to fit yet becuase of all my coolant issues. Will do soon though.
