small filter on a neuspeed pflo

hi all, i got a neuspeed p flo for my cupra lastweek, im hoping to fit it soon but i dont know what the smaller of the two filters in the box is for, can anyone help please? many thanks indeed.

its for the sai I'm pretty sure.

its the breather that goes into the original airfilter housing if you dont know what SAI is
