Small tank/reservoir behind dump valve

hi guys, i am trying to find out what the small tanks/reservoir thing that looks like a dump valve that sits behine the dump valve is.

There is no tank, the only thing behind the dumpvalve on the bulk head is heatsheild and the abs pump from what i can remeber.

Unless its the vacuum resovoir for the N249
Over the last 2 coil packs but other than that ???

is it not the little breather or whatever it is into the TIP?

it is joined to the turbo intake pipe and has a large pipe running to the top of the engine.

it looks just like a plastic dump valve but it doesnt have the nipple on the top.

if that was messing around could it cause my vag.com (Pressure Drop between Turbo and Throttle Valve (check D.V.!).
