Ahem...
Slight delay i'm afraid, my mate has twisted my arm into smoothing the reflectors out of the bumper so we're doing the wheels on thursday and bumper within next two weeks, plus its too cold!

Too cold to paint apparently!?
Yeah, the vrs ones are going back on soon, in a darker grey but with some pearl added for bling!
So i'll have a set of S3 alloys for sale...

i liked it the way it was, lol. im sure it'll look awesome when its done however.

Sorry for late reply on the above, forgot!

It's going to be the same shiny pearl grey as the wheels for bit of contrast!

got a new date yet ad lav ??? silver like the wheels for the recess should look r.good mate.you still up 4 sunday crawley vag my cars a bit of a mess at the mo with the turbo going and the engine covers half finished

its drivable im driving it really low revs everywhere its just the same probklems as before smoking on idle and smells funny but seat said it was the turbo internals ive got alot going on with the cupra project at the mo ive got forge tip going on ive got a intercooler to throttle body hose going on im half way throu the process of having all the engine bay custom painted just got 1 more colour to spray and ive got the jbs04 turbo setup being organised for me and ive also had to do a bit of paintwork today at work because some PIKEY Pr1ck decided hed key my 1/4 pannel up but got it sprayed for free today :D lots of dollar and im skint but yes turbo is on way out :( but can just afford new setup

Oh gutted, i know when my first hybrid went pop after 2 days, really fooked me off big time, but just couldnt afford it either at the time. I had 2 options, go back to standard, or buy a brand new one for £800. Guess what, there was no way having just spent £750 on a ecu with map and a second hand hybrid turbo i was going back to stanard, along with a £500 labour bill for fitting the first and with gaskets etc, so got the new one and was well worth it. Exspensive lesson learnt, but wont be buying 2nd hand turbos again, its just not worth it, especially after the second turbo went bang 2 months later. Thank god for warranty and the good customer service of my tuners.

so much money but it wont stop us lads doing it hey  ppl think im barking mad :D but hopefully once all present projects are over that should be it for a little bit

sorry ad lav back on toppic- damn painters hey my engine bay was suppost to be finished last monday but still aint done!

 yep sorry ad lav, rash, where was your turbo thread, can carry it on in there ;)

See you sunday night rash, my boot is once again covered in more filler!! Found a dip in the old filler whilst it was settling!
