I recently brought rear spoiler off eBay and the fitment is a bag of $h”!,

pleas can some some send me a link of a Rear spoiler To fit a /3 Door, 2018 León FR, I’ll probably throw this one away

OMG that's shocking, please put a link up of the item so others can avoid the same issue you had.

While we're on the same subject, does anyone have a link for a larger spoiler for my 5 door FR as I think the factory one is a little small imo

That's why I never buy car related stuff on eBay, especially parts and fastenings. It's just a haven for Chinese crap and counterfeit parts now unfortunately.
