Some Usernames In Italic?

Just noticed some people usernames are now in italics, whats the reason for this?

I think it's moderators and forum leaders

its for those that use the forum more than most. Something like 500+ posts in last 12 months.

i think its along these lines:

bold = moderators
italic = regular user (established member)
bold and italic = admin
