sound while steering

I hear a belt type sound while steering. You reacon the power steering fluid needs changing or the belt? its a wining sound

Mine makes a strange droaning noise on full lock.........always worried me, fluid level is fine!

It states in the manual that you not suppose to keep the steering fully locked as this has a lrge mount of strain on the pump! That noise you here is power steering working hardiest!
