The towing eye, is in the spare wheel, in the boot! You need to remove a round circle section from the front bumber and screw it in there!

As for taking the car on those rollers, Tut tut!

Lmao at tommies desk fan, i;ve had a pipe blow off many a time on my previously dodgy relocation kit. Not funny especially when i was gonna ruin a megane 225.

Just forget about the results, i bet the intake temps were killin your car karl. Just make sure you get it on the rollers in may with SW-CC, which we're taking deposits on monday people so get paid up. :D

Tom, did much **** come off the maf, mine had a lot come off it, and the amount in my TIP was serious. check it out....

Phil, what did you use to remove the sensor from the housing? I have torx bits but not with a hole in the middle like those needed to remove the sensor.

RE: RR

Is the money going to you? PM me your bank details I'll sort you out with the cash

Lol why are people still using tommies?? Was there 3-4 years ago with my ibiza, Let me tell you scenario of my last trip see if it sounds similar

"Just had Revo, figured see what its running, Tommy doesnt strap it down cause its 'ok, but spends 10mins 'warming the tyres up' ??????? by this time the turbo is glowing sustained 70mph in 4th (would of been better strapping it down instead!) So comes to the first run and pulls 168bhp (was previously roller'd there standard at 155bhp) i say its prolly cause the turbo is baking hot, he pours water onto the turbo, runs it again and BANG think **** turbo has gone but pipe has blown off (Pipe that comes over engine onto the turbo) put it back on and I decide enough is enough, from here on turbo doesnt reach as much boost as previous and car doesnt feel right!"

Spoke to stealth shortly after and he said that its prolly due to the turbo being at full chat i.e. 30,000rpm or whatever under pressure then suddenly the system looses pressure with pipe blowing off and the turbo 'Hyper spins' i.e. it goes from 30,000 to like 60,000rpm cause pressure is lost and it spins freely thus fecking up the turbine and bearings. And why the pipe popped off?? one cause he was running it bloody hot with no cool air and 2, the cold water prolly made the alu housing contract, water got between pipe and slipped off!!

Not exactly ideal pouring cold water on something thats prolly 700+ degrees hot!!!

Thus the K03s was found and born...... Surfice to say I never returned there!

I didnt take the sensor out, i had the right torx, but was the size missing that i wanted. So i just sprayed the sensor in the tube with the cleaner, and kept sprayin til i used loads of the can, took me ages to do it coz i kept leaving it soak then spraying again.

RR: its a paypal account, but if you want i can do it for you, jonzy has done the same thing, he sent me the money and i'll pay the deposit on monday. Its 10 quid deposit and total is 30 quid for two runs.

yeah thats prolly me cause mine is anthracite with a light green/blue tint lol, only one with this colour in the country so should imagine it being me.

yeah i used to 'up the boost' alot, started off with apr (15psi) then revo, then revo high boost (sps3) then high boost with 'H' N75, then chucked miltek DP on and the bits, lol, thinkin i was running around 23psi on standard k03 in the end before it died........ might of contributed to turbos death lol

Why change the RSD one tom? Just for looks? I'd rather have the RSD imo.

I just been out messing, moved the take off for the boost gauge and ripped of the plastic **** thats on the fuel rail. Looks a lot tidier as well. Gonna whip my strut brace off soon so i can get it chrome plated.

Mike, any luck with that washer bottle mate?

That sounds spot on karl, the ID is 60mm, so with the a wall thickness of a few mill that should do.

And i spoke to the guy with the turbo'd R32 tonight, he said hes probably gonna come along tomorrow. That thing is awesome.
