just finished the matt black rocker cover and fitted it along with the matt black throttle body i finished yesterday, rocker was a bitch to remove but all sorted now!

Carl, i'd go for stage 2 if i was you. Jonzy proved his car was quicker than Dave's stage 1 on the duals by Llantrisant.
And i'm sure Dave will sort you out a 4 bar from Bosch for 20 quid. (like what i done from a mate of mine)
Cover is looking good dave, i reckon you should do the cam belt cover as well as the fuel rail and the fingers of the inlet mani.

polish them phil or matt black them? didnt use the gaskets mate, they are all urs! sort it out with you monday
yeah matt's car is quicker than mine deffinately, might be because his stage 2 is smoother than mine though so i was wheel spinning where he was going!
