but then its also 4 of the hardest bolts on the car and if i couldnt reach from underneath on my back then theres no hope


will have to wait anyway cos got a tonne of work to do for uni over next fortnight but after that im free to play really

IE, in preparation for it happening!

Nothing really bud, maybe start coating the threads in WD40 etc? Whatever you do there's still a pretty high chance of snapping them

Where do you get more from? Sorry about this, but i aint really done this kinda thing before.

May get under the car tomoz, with a big tin of WD40, and a cup of tea and get spraying!

i was under the impression that theyre part of the exhaust manifold of the turbo...so technically theres no replacement?
am i correct?

consequences of this happening? exhaust blowing im guessing? or much worse

The SEAT dealer....that's if you can get the old studs out!

You should be able to spray from the top too

I'll be gettin a local garage to fit mine that know their **** with engines, not sure if you've heard about it but hes the guy that owns the cossie engine transit van, which hes not pulled out to rebuild.

Would the have all the bits tho in case the studs snap?

A black 55plate type R just felt the wrath of the Cupra. Caught it up and pulled on it, was def. giving it some beans as when I was by the side it hit the limiter

i showed a red corsa a thing or 2 today from duals by ringland to m4 east at coldra.....****ing closer than i thought though was actually surprised by it.. had red buckets, driver and a passenger i had full car with shopping and pram but still

Must have been a redtop. Saying that, there was a red one about before. The Cupra prevailed once more. Speaking to him he was well shocked. Said he'd had a go with one before and it was crap. (guessing standard). Didnt like to see me pass him by.

if it were a 1.4 or owt id be pretty gutted like first gear i could av him, 2nd gear pulled abit, 3rd abit more, 5th then doing almost a tonne cam into traffic and he was gone, think he gave in after 3rd
sounded awful like, really loud but buckets an harnesses so maybe it was stripped, was pretty standard outside bar the ride height


think the driver waved to me once he caught up and passed me

done some logs with stokoes golf earlier today... still not convinced by k03s conversion. doubt il bother...159g/s max from 2nd, 3rd an 4th gear runs and boost only showed 0010mbar more than one of my logs
