Carl, you have ny problems with the paint and taking the bump strips/bumpers off?

yeah its a pain in the arse

bend the bump strips too much and the paint cracks, have to be so careful but its inevitable really

I;m thinkin of dicthing the fixings behind the bump strips. One has snapped anyway so its only the one holding it on. Just make some brackets up underneath.

that would be really trick if you could, when i was fitting my front mount i thought about just leaving the 2 bolts out but in the end i were sure how well it would hold.

hooch does this as does turboboy, and they have had no problems

Well i sheared the head off one of them when i was fitting my fmic nearly 2 years ago. I'm sure it'll hold no probs without any.

i have hand mine colour codes and iv taken my strips off a few times and had no problems with the paint etc, i much prefer mine coulour coded,

i hate my car at the moment playing up all the fooking time

still the same problem as before, sumtimes it ul boost then other times it wont then a little etc doing my head in..... engine managment light is on so hopefully see phil soon and try and sort it out!!

do u know if the code for a cupra gear box is o2j?
