Tbh, i doubt any of us would massively reccomend an ibiza after owning one.

EngineShop - terrible service

Hi All
I just found the site by chance. I saw the reference to EngineShop Cardiff and felt I should warn of the terrible service they provide. I had a rover 75 engine rebuilt August 2006. Head Gaskets blew after it came back. 30ish phone calls later they collected it again. They would not deliver back to me - I had to collect (I'm in Bedford). Head Gaskets went again. They agreed to a partial refund but they just didn't pay it. I'm still trying to get it a year later. Must have made 150 phone calls.
My advice - stay well clear of The EngineShop Cardiff.

Anyone know what the deal is with insuring a second car? Can you use your no claims discount that i've used on my cupra to get a cheaper quote on a second car?

i wasnt allowed to when i insured the cordoba i had, was a brand new policy

I think you can with Direct line, but not sure of any others. And thats assuming your with direct line.

Normal practice is second car, starts off as a seperate policy with no NCB
