I decided against white wheels as i thought they would be a pain to keep clean and then went and bought bbs lm reps which are probably no better

The back is fukkin nasty too, had 45 mins in the hot tub last night and felt great, woke up this morning, like I had an ironing board up my ass!
Physio lady is coming tonight, so hopefully she'll be able to help me, and i'll spend some more time in the hottub.
I did it on Friday morning, when i was in the gym by standing up straight!!
Hoping to go on holiday next week aswell, so this is fukkin great!
