Tom, im almost 95% sure theyre 122's

The ones on the ibiza look like the inners have been painted black and the faces diamond cut... ala 17" rs soft spokes. I think the extreme offset of the ibizas make them look slightly different to your usual cossie example as above.

I think you may be right! But they only do them in 4 stud in that size, and not in 17/18

yo guys u kno u all got revod cars and that what sorta top speed and 0-60 time does stage1 get you?

also want 2 get coilovers but dont kno where 2 start can anyone recomend some 2 me and some otha stuf that cud b usefull

Just thought id mention to peeps from newport and maybe cardiff,me step dad has hiw own graphic design shop in newport,been there for nearly 15 years now, very reputable 2 gonna say if u ladds were interested i could prob get him to do a good deal on some tidy sun strip stickers like for instance black sun strip with silver seat writing etc just thought id mention

nice thought though, we've spoke about some sort of welsh ibiza cupra type sticker in the past, nothing ever came of it though

m9onds...0-60 is 6seconds roughly iv logged 6.2s using vagcom and the letstorquebhp comes close to that. as for top speed...whats the point you probably wont ever hit it, but it'll do 150ish on the clocks if you got enough road. I got 140mph at GTi International on the strip (not during the run though hah)

daft question now whats the milage on your cupras? just the cupras ive seen for sale have between 40k-64k etc, i have a seen a nice onvi cupra for sale with 38k on the clock only downfall its completely standard not always bad,wanna get 1 which has already got like coilovers etc then i can finish it off with k03s stage 2 etc etc make it lil fun car lol,well in reguards to the sticker i could speak to me step dad and see what he can come up with ,SOUTH WALES CUPRA etc etc then have like lil loggos on the edge of each corner of the sticker he wouldnt make it look s hit if so he would ripp it off and re design it,well il speak to him tommorow see what he can do he may only charge like £5 for the sun stripp with lettering on it,ok ull have to fit it youself,but im sure for a an extra couple of quid he will fit it too. He was the 1 who first designed the 2 different shades of blue tiger stripes which was sometimes found on the sierra cossie etc!

u ever had any problems with your engine mate? as there supposed to be fairly strong! i am tempted on buying a impreza thou lol just the 1s ive seen for my budget have about 80k on the clock and the which have 50k are completely standard oh well

it feels like i have problems everyweek! misfire last...set of new plugs solved that

time before the bottom rad hose split and lost all coolant

nothing really serious though, u never hear of head gaskets going etc

fair enough i guess,when i have the money have to make a decision tidy impreza or ibiza,have a seen a nice scooby for 6k ok it has 80k on the clock full service history in mica blue,with p1 spoiler light weight alloys full exhaust system etc just i dont no much about the imprezas to risk me parting with some cash and knowing my luck something will go wrong! had a gsi vectra back last year spent a fair abit on the engine me last pennie in fact then heard a rasping noise from engine,ended up being exhaust manifold and the gsi being v6 it was mega bucks,vaux wanted nearly 1000 notes had it sorted by sum1 else thou,i do love the cupras just the imprezas have that distinctive sound and u can have a wooosh dumpvalve wih no worries lol,have to see i guess

If id have todo it all again, a cupra wouldnt be on my shopping list.


Final bit of spending is complete, I blew off the idea of having my ultra heavy super-ts refurb'd in black.

So if anyones looking for a set of oz super-ts 17x7's et38... need a refurb... without tyres, let me know.

New rims should be here next week, then I should be able to get on with fitting my brakes

For what I payed for them, it wasnt much less to refurb the heavy super-t's.... im gunno turn into dave now... replace my wheels rather than tyres
