nope that looks fantastic to me, think you'll struggle with making the wheels that good though, they look great side on i think but too small from any other angle, i thought i'd like going back to standard but i miss my superleggera's!

there used to be an arctic ibiza with a carbon bonnet but i didnt thinkit worked tbh, just looked silly. but then im not a fan of unpainted carbon really. if its there for show purposes then i cant help but think whats the point, but when its there for weight reduction i think well why not hide the fact.

and fitting a black skin to the roof with the carbon bonnet needs the boot doing aswell and you'd be hard done by to find a skin for that (cos u def wont find a carbon hatch)

rear lights look tidy though

but over all i just think its abit max power

Dont see hy you'd need a new roof, and if its lightweight you want, why wiegh it down with extra paint? That looks wicked, but a carbon roof isnt going to be cheap at all, seriously v expensive!!

Carl heres a tip, dont unbolt the subframe and remove the oe pipework. Just cut it off.

On a different note, does the scuttle panel (where the wipers are?) detach from the car, and if so, does it do it easily?

Jonzy, marvelous tip. One of my more succesful bodges! Took me 4 hours to fit. 2 of them gettin the fkin bumper square again. Still aint perfect.

Its one of those cupra techniques that usually ends up in skin and blood loss.

On a brighter note, my wheels finally arrive tommorow after a month of waiting!!! My other toy still aint shown up though

I have got for sale though my rear 15mm eibach spacers and bolts, got both standard and tapered ones. Ive also got my 3 week old green panel filter up for sale and a set of brand new goodridge braided hoses for a brembo'd cupra.

i didnt bother with a jack, first i tried brute force but apparantly im not superman...so then i got a hanck saw...but it was blunt....finally i got the angle grinder and just shredded it


still not finished though, got some mesh from halfors so, meshing my bumper before it goes back on, but how did u guys fix it? someone catch me on msn please!
