Probably coz the work is **** tom. Just look at my rocker cover from someone whos apparently 'awesome' at polishing.

This is what was done for £60, which is the rocker inlet and charge pipe, but looking at it against yours, its not mirror polished.
Think i'll be popping down to Steve, do you reckon he'd do the charge pipe, giving it a buff while im there? As i cant really be without the car, and its the only part i dont have as a spare. Obviously I wouldnt be looking at a mirror finish, spending hours on it, just a quick buff up.

when i gave my intake manifold a buff and rub it came out like brushed aluminium which i thought was a really cool finish. but then i used a wire brush attachment on my angle grinder and ruined the finish
i give up then and cant be arsed with it again

Hmm balls, i forgot to check my brakets too.

Mine was apparently rubbing on the air con rad, but it looks to ok, other that that rad is a little loose (back and forth) so i'll sort that out.
