Easy enough, just the manifold nuts are a pain to get to, the rest just takes some head scratching.

Gearbox casing and mani may need grinding down in certain areas. Be a bit of a bitch to do it situ.
Why the gearbox tho? I can see why on the mani, although its not a necessity, just the right tools.
I'd make my own TIP as well, i only have my DV and N75 connections on my tip now so would be easy. No EVAP or PCV.
I'd go for 550cc's run @ 3 bar on Revo Stage 3. ATP mani, 3" DP from either QPENG or Blueflame, S3 MAF/housing.
I'd have to have a wideband installed as well.

disapointing news with lemmiewinks phil on my mates car, thought i'd retard the ignition slightly to get the CFs down on his el cheapo map and happy days but only works on DBW wires and AGU's are cable'd!!!
That sub is excellent for the money, dont expect it to **** your skull though because it wont, you running it sealed or ported
Tom : That kenwood amp is decent, might be able to pick up the older 4 channel cheaper though at arounf £80 so have a peak about first

I bought a parcel shelf off someone on here about a year ago and the 6x9's in that are great quality, sounds like a small sub, plus got uprated front components. Have also got an alpine amp attached to the back of the seat with a kicker sub that can be taken out easily as on a banana (?) plug.
thing is, the parcel shelf is made from wood, good sound but heavy, and with the sub aswell it feels like theres an extra person in the car, havent used the sub for a month or two
