they cant do anything phil unless they stop you and have video evidence in the patrol vehicle or there are two officiers in the vehicle to form a cast iron case against the defendant. lol trust me to be at the back of the queue of all of us, theres me thinking i'd gotten away, pulled over near tonyrefail thinking, "oh yes david you clever little bar.stard, looked in my mirror and "oh no your not lol"

as the copper rightly said "we've had reports of street racing and let me guess, the first thing you guys are going to say is it wasnt you, right?" he then went on to say "i know you were racing, you know you were racing but you also know i cant prove it so if i see you round here again i'll find something on the cars to take you to court with" He didnt mention my tax luckily, or lack of it i got the impression he was a sensible guy and thought heres three guys with nice motors and legal tread and insurance so he is just running behind a couple of days, he deffinately looked at it but didnt say anything!

id then go around the whole car pointing out every single legal factor about my car and finally politely ask him for his badge number and tell him if he ever pulls me over again ill petrol bomb his house
