Its not dead proper dead, just sounding awful.

Took the tip off this morning to trim it, so checked for play Theres at least 5-6mm in/out and 4-5mm side to side play. Its ****ed, so its time for a k03s. Also managed to snap the n75 clean in half, **** was i screaming!

Thinking of picking up a a&m manifold at the same time.

One good bit of news, ive managed to stop my supersprint blowing after that cowboy grant ****ed it up proper. No evidence of any paste on either join! If you want a job doing properly!

My mate lives near there, and knows the bloke and says he's a good guy.

No will be fitting my mods myself, with a little help from my mechanic mate.

And as soon as i get access to the pit.

since i swapped all of the vac hose iv never had that problem as bad as i did do before

it happens occasionally now but its gone straight away?
weird huh? perhaps it was caused by a blockage is my thinking but who knows?

have ordered the clutch kit from vwspares now, and will be going to this garage by me for now

should be £140 all in for labour and getting the clutch delivered for £87. so £237 for a new clutch fitted. not bad really, was prepared for alot worse tbh

but it aint fixed yet! lets just hope this solves the problem!

Tom this is for you, got the thursday, fitted them today. 3 days turn around. lol.


Very happy, had some problems with the jack when dropping it down coz it was too low. lol. The rear needs raising a bit, will do that next weekend when its settled more. One thing i did notice tho was how bad my front tyres were, jesus, racing skin heads. lol. Will get two new ones this week ready to get the geometry and tracking done.

Was looking to trial fit a wheel, to see if they will fit with brembo's.

looks stunning phil, wishing i got coilovers now, whats the ride like? smooth, bumpy? I find my H+R quite skippy on bumpy roads but i think it'd be fantastic around a smooth flowing track, still needing rear spacers for mine

on a plus note, ive removed the orange lense's from the rear light clusters and replaced them with orange flashing silver coated bulbs, good attention to detail mod!

Ride is much better than standard, havent noticed it being harsher, but i havent really pushed it yet coz of the dodgy brakes and tyres.
