Speedo concern

Hello all. Whilst driving tonight, I noticed that my speedo isn't as reactive as I think it shud be. When I'm slowing from 30 mph to a stop it's only just getting past 20mph on the speedo. Is there anything I can do or look at? I've got a tdi 110 sx. Cheers.

Sorry for the first post, was doing it on my itouch...

I either havent noticed this before and its normal but I thought it should be quicker at reflecting the speed my car is going at.
Is this going to be a garage jobby or would it flag something up on VAGCOM or could I reset it somehow?
