Hi mate, not sure for certain but would assume so.
It would have ben cheaper to have a loom with everything plumbed in on all models.

no 'fraid not, there's no wiring in place, (well not on my 2001 model).
I bought a complete foglamp kit for mine.
u get 2 lamps (no bulbs), 2 grills, new light switch and surround (with front fog lamp position on it), wiring harness and clips and cable ties... oh... and an installation guide.... £130.

tbh the LCR fogs don't make much difference even in the fog - don't know about other models though...
