Right, i would prefer coilovers but i'm saving at the moment for a second car so gotta save money elsewhere. However, i'm not a fan of the standard ride height. I've found a set-up i like with a 40mm drop which is enough for me, they do the kit springs and shocks or just the springs. I don't track the car or drive it hard 24/7. What difference would i find if i just bought the springs?

Cheers, Tom

Without the uprated dampers it's gonna be bouncy and give a harsh ride.. Save up and do it properly imo..

I've got the money mate, just would rather spend it elsewhere. If the full kit is worth the extra i'll pay it.

G-max do a -40mm suspension kit cost about £230. I had the -60mm kit on punto ride was a bit harsh but other than that i had no problems with it at all. I am considering buying the -40mm kit for my cupra. I can't afford coilovers and wouldn't use them to there full potential anyway.
