squeak after fitting wheel spacers

hi, have had my 15mm wheel spacers on for about a week, my passenger side rear wheel appears to be squeaking. Could this just need more copper grease or is it a sign my wheel bearing is going/gone?

what spacers did you fit? were they hubcentric??

they are billet steel 15mm delta mic hubcentrics. They do not have shallow bolts to mount to hub, but use longer bolts through the spacer to screw into the hub. They do fit snug over the hub, rather than just being shims.
